Magaly Mendoza

...From New York City, NY, USA. Magaly is currently a high school junior in New York City. She is highly interested in biology, chemistry, environmental science and the medical field. She hopes to either pursue a career in biomedical engineering or go into medical research. She enjoys volunteering at multiple nonprofits and being a member of the Environmental Conservation and BioMed Society at her school. She is hoping to hone her communication skills and leadership skills in order to become a better student and overall person.

 

Shunmei Zheng

…from Norfolk, VA, USA. Shunmei is a college freshman at UVA, and loves to read, write, and listen to music. She also loves the outdoors. She wants to improve healthcare situations across the world. She hopes one day that healthcare is a more equitable system.

Chloe Park

...From Englewood Cliffs, NJ, USA

Chloe Park likes to crochet and draw in her free time! She also enjoys playing video games and she like raccoons.

 

Johnny Liu

…From Shanghai, China. Johnny is currently studying in Connecticut, USA. He is very passionate about having a deeper understanding of the world today. His strong interest in anthropology, sociology, and history made him eager to further study through activities and social networking. Johnny's goal is to work with GenDream leaders as an opportunity to exercise his ability to act, meet people with the same aspirations, and try to do something to change society.

Cameron Kwok

 ... From San Francisco, CA, USA. Cameron is a current student at Lick-Wilmerding High School in San Francisco. At school, she is a varsity volleyball player, the issues and inclusion coordinator of ASIA Club, a co-leader of Sustainable Fashion Club, and a peer mentor. Outside of school, she plays volleyball and head coaches elementary school boys. During her free time, she loves listening to podcasts, especially ones on true crime! She hopes to spark positive environmental change in her community and implement that on a larger scale.
